**Return and Refund Policy**
Due to items being ordered from various third parties, we do not offer a refund policy. However, we do offer store credit for faulty electronics items or incorrect items received that are returned within 7 days of receipt.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit/refunds on gel polishes/kits or luxury press-on nail kits/health/beauty products unless an incorrect item is received.
**Return Eligibility**:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with its original packaging.
**How to Start a Return**:
You can contact us via WhatsApp at 0822133951 or via email at [email protected]. Once we have inspected the returned goods and everything is in order, we will process the refund on the same day.

**Damages and Issues**:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
