Shipping time frames vary depending on the items ordered. Processing time can range from 1-2 working days, depending on the items. Shipping takes 1-4 working days, depending on the destination.
Collection at premises: You will receive a WhatsApp message or an email when your order is ready for collection.
Important Information: We do not ship parcels on Fridays. If we receive your order on a Friday morning, it will be booked with our couriers on Monday morning.
All orders received by the close of business on Thursday will be sent to our couriers on Friday morning. Delivery is expected by Saturday before 1 pm or on Monday, depending on the location. We are not responsible for any issues once items have been shipped. After the items are with the couriers, we have no control over failed deliveries or incorrect shipping details provided. We strictly encourage you to provide us with the correct delivery address (Google Maps) to avoid any delays.
